Carpool for Sunday the 15th!

The forecast is looking good for Sunday afternoon, any takers? No one in GW Surf has a car. I have a wetsuit but I'd need to borrow a board unless we went somewhere like Ocean City where I could rent one.

I'm thinking about heading down to OBX on friday. I can give a ride down there but not back as I have some business in VA beach next week.

water temp down there is 72, air temp 71. I need to get a wetsuit and a board. This swell has me thinkin about finally buying a board instead of renting.

Swellinfo says it's going to be head high and clean all weekend and into next week. Anyone have and better intel than swellinfo?

BTW, you probably should bite the bullet and just buy a board. Check craigslist, expecially the CL norfolk, va beach, OBX sites.
